Jaw Pain Relief


This 45-minute workshop will help participants learn how to get relief from jaw pain through hands-on guided self-massage and strategies to reduce clenching and grinding teeth. Participants will receive a written self-massage routine to release facial muscles related to TMJ Disorder and Jaw Pain.
